Job description
ENGLISH ALOUD is an International online language school in Korea founded in September 2008. Our cheerful South Korean students are a pleasure to spend time with and you can enjoy learning more about Korean culture and lifestyles while teaching from your own home or office. We are looking for on-line teachers who speak English as a native language and who feel comfortable teaching over the Internet. You will teach using Skype, a mic, and a web cam. Our teachers don’t need to adjust to foreign life such as living in Korea, Japan or China. This allows them to be completely comfortable in their natural environment showing students how a real native speaker is in America. Being at home also allows them to be more comfortable while teaching. Our teacher visits our student regularly. They meet each other in great respect. We can say that our teachers not only teach English but also support our students psychologically. We build so great human relationships through our school. Our teachers will be paid per student, not per hour. Our teachers get paid between USD 1,000 - USD 2,000 a month, if they work 4-5 hours a day. The teachers who teach more students and are more popular than oher teachers, will get paid more. Please don’t forget that our academy is growing rapidly. Qualifications for teachers: 1 Native speackers only (Nationality: The USA, Canada, The UK, Australia) 2 Over 22 but also under 40 years of age . 3. Some college is required with a Bachelor’s or higher being exceptional. 4. Your schedule must have following 4 hours available per day (5 days a week). If the teacher is from New York, 6:30AM - 10:30AM. If in the UK, this will be between 11:30AM - 15:30AM. 5. Responsibility and leadership qualities are a must. 6.
